Our story
We built this team around one question
“Who is actually looking out for the buyer?” In new construction, the answer is almost never the person in the model home.
We started Smith Property Group because too many families were signing builder contracts they'd never read, on lots they'd never compared, with incentives they didn't fully understand. As a husband-and-wife team, we split the work the way we split everything else — one of us is always available, and you never get handed off to an assistant.
